Nothing - it used to have unlimited PTO and it went away. The bonus says on the contract was never mentioned in March.

Cons

There are too much and I feel bad listing it. But my advice is don’t do it.

The pay was nice, but it was honestly the only incentive.

Cons

Your mental health will actually deteriorate here. Unfortunate for a mental health brand. They don’t see you as a person, only as a tool to their company.
