Pros

Collaborative team, positive environment, encouragement for career development. Mission driven and meaningful work, somehow accomplished within a retail space. Overall, I really enjoyed working there.

Cons

When I worked at Madhappy it was fairly new, so the team was small. We worked on many different areas of the company, but that helped with both company and team development, and exposure for someone in my position of sales to the greater company mission.
