Pros

- I worked at Madhappy for over 3 years and learned so much. It is the very essence of a start up on a path trying to grow through all challenges - The team was super nice and supportive along the way - and I will never forget that. The optimism and feel is real. - I left the role after a few years because I moved states but will always remember my time their fondly

Cons

- Definitely a fast paced environment and lots of moving pieces. The team is great but it is hard to stay on track at times - Hiring a big team fast meant lots of mistakes so sometimes wrong people in the wrong roles

The pay was nice, but it was honestly the only incentive.

Cons

Your mental health will actually deteriorate here. Unfortunate for a mental health brand. They don’t see you as a person, only as a tool to their company.
