Management with a God complex.

Pros

Actual job was enjoyable. Hourly and some salary personnel were a great group to work with.

Cons

Senior management has a God complex. Inflexible, snobbish, untruthful. Work environment has poor ventilation, heating and air conditioning. Lots of insects in work areas. This contaminates the window film. Hours were extensive (60 plus)

Co-workers are the only good thing about this place

Cons

Ever since the change in leadership everything has gone downhill. We lost so many good employees, whether they left on their own or fired just because a certain leader didn’t like them.
