Opportunities for advancement if you want to be a manager - otherwise, forget it.
Cons
Money is THE ONLY THING that matters. You don't want to be a supplier to this company - at the end of the month or quarter, if you didn't make your financial goals, they withhold paying their vendors. Forget about getting any money for capital improvements unless it has an outrageously impossible payback. They are EXTREMELY tight in holding on to their money.

Once the new owners (Madison) took control of the company I worked for (CAE Healthcare, now Elevate Healthcare), the only thing that happened was massive cost cutting including two rounds of deep layoffs.
