Pros

Base comp for leadership roles was decent. Product and concept are good.

Cons

Leadership by fear and excessively punitive coaching methods. Political, toxic, petty, drama-ridden environment. Profit was king. Bonuses were made impossible to hit. Zero W/L balance. Insane amounts of turnover...and they wonder why... Colorists and GM's get little support staff, poorly managed tech and often go without breaks, meals, time off. Hide poor work environment and lack of balance behind redundant "town hall pep rally's" with CEO, telling everyone how much she cares about them; constant flow of MR swag, and junk food. Rules only apply based on who's ego you feed. Upper leadership have personal relationships that create major conflicts of interest. Goal to get to IPO is the only thing that matters.
