      Talent Aquisition/Recruiters need to do due diligence

      Pros

      Enthusiastic teams, and ability to grow within the company. Medical, dental, and vision benefits are covered 100%

      Cons

      Color Bar managers are not being supported by their Talent Acquisition leaders when recruiting new staff. Branding looks great in promoting the company's opportunities, but they are doing a great disservice to Madison Reed when they don't follow through with interviews for qualified candidates.

      great compensation, always busy and learning as you go. the culture is great and there is lots of growth with in the company.

      you have to have an open mind and be willing to adapt to change.
