PTO. Free samples. Physical office is lovely.

Cons

Gaslighting is rampant. No clear direction. Overt favoritism. Management pits coworkers against each other. Upper management has major mood issues. I witnessed a near fist fight of 2 c suite over a seating chart. 😳

Free makeup and perfumes (not sure what that says about the company if that's the best thing going). Fast-growing (almost too fast). The PTO

Cons

Doesn't care unless you're in marketing dept. They're growing so fast that turn-over rate doesn't bother management.
