Fast Growing Company with exciting programs

Pros

A lot of amazing, varied programs give the opportunity to learn something new with each project. So many friendly people work here, and the organization, processes & employee initiative have gotten much stronger in the past year or so. Senior management is open to input from everyone. The attitude is casual which can create a fun environment for you to spend so much of your time in.

Cons

Sometimes the workload can be a little heavy, but the team is not blind to that and is trying to make it more balanced.

You will get an full understanding off all that goes into creating beauty products from ideation...to design...to manufacturing...to finally seeing the products you work on in stores! Fast-paced, challenging environment Entrepreneurial spirit Group of smart, talented, problem solving, hardworking people...some of which may become your closest friends Exciting clients and projects across many segments of the beauty industry....cosmetics, fragrance, skincare, haircare...a place that can and does it all!

Cons

The fast-paced, challenging environment is not meant for everyone The company is growing quickly each year so at times there are more projects than people to work on them The company is still trying to improve and create process, so people who like a corporate culture may not love the lack of process, systems, etc. - I consider this a positive because you get the opportunity to become part of building new processes. Timelines can be quick to meet the demands of clients and retail partners

High (& I mean HIGH) turnover Absolutely no training on systems Extremely unprofessional setting from all levels (get ready for awkward laughing to alleviate a creepy situation) No communications from dpt. to dpt. No communication in departments! VERY cliquey - a 'you can't sit with us' mentality Low salaries Zero respect
