      nice work environment, job description is matches the work order. appropriate training is provided by the employer to handle material. on site gym. paid vacation and educational vacations are provided to employees

      Cons

      excessive use of carbon composite and cleaning material makes the environment unhealthy and every employee is suggested to use respirator with appropriate instruction. hiring is not diverse enough, mostly Pilipino origin employees are working on floor

      Competent in many varied aerospace manufacturing processes (metal fab, chem processesing, composite fab, basic aircraft sub-assembly fabriciation)

      Cons

      Upper management is completely disconnected from the realities of the production environment (but think they are) which leaves 1st level management essentially fending for themselves. Hi turn over rate amongst lower level management and production support staff. Low wages plus a complete disconnect between upper management and the people actually doing the work equals (with near certainty) Magellan will always be posting an opening for lower level manaqgers/supervisors, or support staff

      absolutely none, do not work for a union.

      Cons

      extremely poor management, union workers are creeps, they will fire you before your 90 days into the union.
