no pro's to working here if you have any sort of skills in the trade.

spoken to like your worthless to them morning meetings everyday are absolutely pointless management have no idea what goes on the shop floor horrible roomers are spread through the workforce management do not listen to a word you have to say no training I was on a machine that required a crane to load fixtures yet wasn't given any crane training and was told to not use the crane.
