      Down to earth. Easygoing. Somewhat niche operation. No need for a gym. No huge pressures.

      Cons

      Physical. Not for the unfit or older person. Niche is a double edged sword. Older equipment. Management will not invest in common sense, quick wins to improve efficiency. Can be out in weather.

      We all hate working but people make it a art at drag others down and make the place work at sound like hell but the same people won't leave your but as a engineer we work to certain tolerances I've seen reviews of Blackpool and shake my head because it's given me my career and took me on when other would not I see these reviews on here but these are from people who came for a easy ride and not a team player this company reward loyalty and hard work and recognise people who lifts there head above the rest that wants to improve for all around
