      Nice people. Work life balance. Clean, organized and safe workplace. Enough space to park.

      Cons

      Low salary No scope of career growth. Management does not take interest or initiative to win new business nor is diligent enough to negotiate contracts. Somewhere, there is a lack of leverage. The focus is on parts-cost, completely neglecting talent costs which explains zero career growth - so even if brilliant individuals do well, the work keeps stalling as talent is not retained.
