Majority of work colleagues on the shop floor are great to work with
Cons
Management are clueless. Try to come up with new ideas to improve production without actually understanding what goes into it or speaking to the guys on the machines. Employing people with little or no experience and getting them to run machines with people who have been there for years and getting the same money. Money isn’t great and won’t improve much either. 24/7 shift pattern is terrible,management seem to think it’s fine but they’re not the ones working it.
