      Flextime, Cafeteria, health benefits (after 1yr of employment), Pension.

      Cons

      Stoneage systems (MRP), Poor leadership starting from the Manager, Director and the Divisional Manager, Poor compensation, Undisclosed workload in the job requirements, No room for negotiations. Do it or leave strategy. Hard work and Smartwork are not recognized. One time I brought my concerns to the supervisor and I was given a choice to find another job. There are no opportunities for career growth. People quit this company each week.
