      Pros

      They will hire you with little to no experience. Employees are very nice.

      Cons

      You will be buried in paperwork. This company is on the rocks with all of their customers, so getting anything approved is a nightmare. They are behind the times as far as technology goes, so finding data you need is much harder than at other companies. All in all they are never proactive just reactive. Raises are small so there is a lot of turnover.

      Pros

      The money is ok as long as you are happy working 12 hour days and nights incorporating weekends

      Cons

      Management take care of their mates, so if you don't know one of them you won't get anywhere in this company and you will be bullied into submission. Nepotism is rife and uncontrolled. Managers are from Vauxhall and have no idea how to run an aircraft manufacturing based business and it shows. I would seriously look somewhere else (anywhere else) before taking a job here.
