      Some potential....IF it ever happens!

      Dictator, almost bullying style of UK Management, aggressive, with little value for its employees. Day to Day activities over ride everything and little or no planning long, medium or short term seems to exist that the employees have been engaged with and had any input to. Blame culture is rife and there are little to no processes in place. Training, knowledge is almost non existent and staff turnover is high, as the employees really are not valued by the senior management.

      Pros

      Magellan is a young aerospace manufacturing company with excellent contracts on the books. In the 18 + years I was there, they upgraded their facility and machinery to keep competitive. Plus, they are still in an acquisition phase, portending future growth and business.

      Cons

      There were none that were significant whilst I was there. We had a great team of people and the turnover of employees was minimal. We were acquired in 1998 and we kept the methodolgies and procedures we had prior. Boeing was our largest customer and we utilized their methods and procedures as a model and those sufficed well for all the other clients we had.
