      Well - None. Just a source of income.

      Cons

      Many - This space is too small to list them all. 1) Pathetic management 2) Very low motivation of employees 3) Low salaries 4) Very narrow minded staff 5) Zero Bonus/Incentives 6) Work culture SUCKS !!!

      Good place to work, but HR policies need attention

      Pros

      I worked in the space engineering team at Magellan Winnipeg. The best part of my job was the people. All of the engineers and right up through engineering management were top notch people to work with. They genuinely care about building careers and technically, are among the best I have ever worked with. People love to complain about salaries, but I found that they were pretty close to average for Winnipeg and the type of work.

      Cons

      I'm sure this won't come as a surprise, but the HR policies at Magellan Winnipeg are far too heavy handed to attract and maintain top notch talent. I saw many people leave because of them. It was not the reason why I left, but it is the reason why I did not give Magellan 5 stars. Truthfully, I left because I was offered a better opportunity elsewhere and not because I was unhappy at Magellan. However, it took a strong effort to ignore the difficult HR policies surrounding time sheets and badging.

      Pros

      It's a clean facility with good people and good benefits with decent machines and tools overall not a bad place to work

      Cons

      Lack of knowledge from managers almost all the managers don't know the product or the process involved in producing top quality products for the aerospace industry also pay is on the low side
