      Pros

      good benefits high voluntary turnover so they will not lay off/fire technical people (job security) will take new graduates (launching pad for career)

      Cons

      Horrible work environment Pay is below industry average Horrible training program Very combative - engineering vs sales vs workers Little room to move up in company - based more on time in company than merit. Will need to leave company to continue progressing career

      Pros

      Was not a bad place to work at. Manager wasn't too hands on, so had plenty of room to breath.

      Cons

      The pay wasn't that great, especially as a temp position. Was beyond borderline low for this position.

      Room to advance if you want to achieve, small core of doers. Union salary, benefits and pension.

      Cons

      Changes are hard to implement; culture and motivation can be a drag. Older technologies, in house systems.
