Decent PTO, flexible hours, friendly front line staff.

Cons

Decisions are based on the cost to the company not what is in the best interest of the member. I would have to say that senior and middle leadership are clueless to what really goes on in the company because if they are aware of the unethical behavior that continues then shame on them. DOBI should shut them down but wait..Horizon already took care of that. There is an overall lack of communication or any type of consideration given to their employees. No life/work balance. Advancement opportunities only exist if you are with the "in crowd".

Good benefits, excellent work/life balance with ability to work from home a couple days a week, lots of PTO up front.

Cons

Very difficult to get information from others within the team which makes doing my job harder. If they'd just give up a little control things could be accomplished much more efficiently.

Like my role. Like my direct manager. Team is virtual working at different locations but use technology to stay connected.

Cons

Our department has very small quarterly benchmark bonus money. I was in different dept a couple years ago and bonus was significantly more each quarter. Going on five years without any raise for our department but we hear other departments within Magellan are getting raises. It would be nice to have raises but we are told if we don't like it to find other employment. Many are looking at this point because we were told no raises again this year for our department, why when Magellan is posting great financial reports?
