- Some great learning opportunities in a new field. - Some great people if you exclude leadership.

Cons

- A hostile and dysfunctional culture. Bulling happens and HR has no clue or cares what is going on. ‘“Might is right” - you need to be a bulldozer’, so true! - Management openly lies, to employees and potential employees. - Get ready to be asked to work round the clock because everything is an emergency. Planning is at the bottom of the priority list. - No path for advancement.

A lot of great people, wonderful interdisciplinary interaction and sense of accomplishment contributing to the rapid progress of such a complex project, overcoming hurdles

Cons

Long work hours, disorganized management. Uneven workload, with some teams working very hard and others not really working the long hours.
