1- I am involved with creating exciting technology. 2- I have a very empathetic boss who cares about his employees & doe snot ask anything of us that he would not do himself. 3- Awesome benefits.

Cons

1- Unable to purchase what I need to do my job more efficiently. 2- Less than 2% increase after a year of giving it my all. 3- Engineers who do not understand what is required to make their pretty drawings come to fruition i.e. unrealistic expectations.
