      Pros

      Great team, very talented engineers and managers. Almost everyone had the opportunity to make a big impact. Great tech and technical challenges.

      Cons

      Priorities from leadership not clear. Lack of real transparency. Not focused (focus comes much too late). Redundant teams, and teams that needed to re-organize and become more efficient much earlier.
