Pros

Working with great minds and cutting edge products. Company has high standards, but is not stressful. People are expected mostly to manage their own workloads and to be self-starters.

Cons

I was hired on contract with the provision to be converted after one year to permanent full-time. That never came. Be very careful, there are folks there that have been on contract for 3 or more years. Magic Leap gets away with not paying them benefits and time off. It's really deceitful and no reason for using people like that. Be aware. I left and moved to Texas for a better full-time opportunity where I can plan my life financially better.

Pros

People and high salary in Florida

Cons

Too many managers that are non technical, don't know what other teams/partners are talking about when they ask technical questions, they are all about company politics and promoting each others
