* free coffee * cafeteria on site

Cons

* highly decentralized structure * plants run as separate businesses * managers are of...varying quality * more professional staff turnover than I've literally seen at *any* other auto suppiler * office culture sucked, lots of right-wing political stuff up at people's desks.
