      Pros

      I have been given great opportunities since I started here 3 years ago, have learnt a lot of new skills. The company are really focussed on providing training for employees who have the potential to make a difference and are always looking to the future.

      Cons

      Management are not always good leaders and often can make rash decisions under pressure, temporary labour through recruitment agencies don't always have the same interests as the companies full time employees and are willing to let the company fail, but the company don't see this and keep those individuals within a job
