Pros

Good people to work with, hard workers give their all...except the HR Dept.???

Cons

Management.. Director of Engineering is a kid who got the job because he volunteered to work in their Mexico Plant?? Lead Project Managers for the most part at least get it...not all. HR is too caught up in finding a brand to see what is going on under their noses.

Pros

Maybe a Good entry for new graduates.

Cons

My goal is to share lesser-known insights to help potential job seekers. This company comprises five major divisions, all operating independently. I briefly worked with the Corporate R&D division, and this review focuses on that experience. In Corporate R&D, you'll mostly encounter either very long-term employees or recently hired interns. The environment is challenging for those seeking meaningful work, as only those adept at office politics, or "cockroach-level immune" people, tend to survive. The infrastructure is bare minimum, which can be a significant hindrance. The primary activity in Corporate R&D is evaluating solutions provided by struggling startups in the field and writing reports. The work done here has minimal impact on the other divisions, as they operate independently. Corporate R&D's main goal is to produce reports and presentations for shareholders and investors, rather than engaging in serious development processes, software creation, or product outcomes. Did I mention they operate on paper-thin budgets and basic tools! If you excel at creating presentations and reports and can convincingly portray groundbreaking achievements, you might find a rewarding career here. However, for those seeking substantive development work and a robust codebase, this environment may prove disappointing.

Pros

Good salary, raises and benefits

Cons

lots of favoritism, not enough supervision presence on the floor. No life allowed a life anymore, way to much overtime. Cant make plans, because you will more than likely be working.
