      Cons

      Here is just few people with better workmanship. Problem achieve correct solution in technical things. Management rely on escalating no on finding solution. Industry 4.0 and electronic management system implementation is not good or is on low level.

      Great team but upper management had no real contact with you

      Pros

      People you work with are great in your own little niche of a team. It was pretty laid back and open without worrying about ultra professional.

      Cons

      it is very isolated and you don't get to know many people outside of the internal team. Upper management barely talked to you or acknowledged who you were even if you were in meetings with them daily. You are on call 24/7 and they text everyone on the team even if it doesn't relate to you immediately.
