Pros
The work is genuinely impactful, which makes the day-to-day feel meaningful. Strong teammates and a welcoming culture. People are friendly, helpful, and management is approachable and listens. Competitive pay/benefits and a modern, air-conditioned, well-lit facility that’s kept clean. Continuous investment in tooling and equipment with a culture of ongoing improvement. PTO is solid.
Cons
Frequent painful changes. Stuff breaks with high degree of urgency. Lots of home-grown complex internal software, which has pros and cons; when it breaks it's up to us (and only us) to fix it. Team members can be spread thin at times. Location.

Not many they will do o the bare minimum for you

They think everyone is replaceable . There is no cooperation at management. Engineers not aloud to have an opinion. Just do what I say comes from highest level of management. This place is horrible to work. They are trying to change their image they more they try it's not working this place has had bad reputation for years . Everything they said is true and more once you work here. This place has a very high turnover rate employees coming and going. Leaving for less money so you know this place is bad.It is so bad it leaves me speechless. They want mindless drones that do everything they tell them even if it's wrong and you have better idea to do things safer and faster and easier. If you make it hear 5 years you would be lucky . Do not come hear do not set foot in the building. Job opportunities look elsewhere. Magna power comes up just hit delete.
