Pros

Magna is a great company if you're highly self motivated. They allow for flexible working conditions. They reward effort and talent allowing for rapid growth if you prove that you fit within the company structure.

Cons

The flexibility brings a lack of structure day to day. If you need someone telling you what to do constantly and youre not able to prioritize yourself you will likely not enjoy working for Magna

Pros

As a career change new hire everyone has been very supportive and kind. There is an emphasis on learning and growth and over my time so far I have grown so much. It is a very collaborative group that wants to see everyone succeed. The work is remote but I have been able to meet everyone at this point so there is the human touch as well. Benefits and help with certifications are also great!

Cons

None that I can think of so far!
