As a career change new hire everyone has been very supportive and kind. There is an emphasis on learning and growth and over my time so far I have grown so much. It is a very collaborative group that wants to see everyone succeed. The work is remote but I have been able to meet everyone at this point so there is the human touch as well. Benefits and help with certifications are also great!

Great culture and environment. Everyone genuinely likes and supports one another. From the moment I started, my teammates and management have been awesome. Management is ambitious and fast paced but fair and supportive. They CEO and COO can easily be reached and are humble enough to speak to any team member at any time. The company is very good at building people up. The training is hands on and I found no shortage of co-workers willing to help. The company supports fully remote work and offers good benefits. Since the company is still in the startup growth phase, there is a ton of opportunity here and everyone has a chance to move up.
