      MTG fosters a highly collaborative and conducive environment to lean and grow. The leadership team is transparent, approachable, and genuinely cares about the well-being and development of their employees. They foster an environment of open communication and are always open to feedback.

      I have yet to encounter anyone who isn’t happy here! Management is amazing, benefits are great, and I have never felt more welcome to a team! Outstanding Culture! Fully remote work! The advantages are endless!
