exploiting employees with menial wages while the upper management swimming in a jacuzzi full of green papers. understaffed company make you work like a slave.

Successful, stable company with good, honest people; Small to medium sized, so each employee is valued; Good opportunities for individual growth and development; Managers are concerned with providing actual experience for their interns.

Cons

Company has several buildings spaced out in the area, so Jimmy Johns drivers have a difficult time delivering hassle free.

Pros

Employees are given stretch assignments within their roles to continue to grow as individuals. Employees are helpful and respectful to one another. You can go to anyone with questions and they are willing to help you. Great opportunity to understand how you are part of the larger organization. Generous PTO program.

Cons

Flat structure does not lend itself to being able to move into supervisory positions easily. The organization is running lean and so it can lead to heavy workload. Being publically traded can make it seem like the short term is more important than long term goals.
