Strong desire to create a collaborative, team-oriented environment at all levels of the organization. A good team of individuals that seek to create a good product.

Cons

The company is attempting to compete with an entrenched industry leader which is a uphill struggle. The individuals that are hired into management positions do not stay longer than 6 months.

The team is highly enthusiastic. The work environment is friendly and with a lot of learning opportunities. Higher management is very approachable and are great mentors. Excellent work life balance. Excellent place to start your career with!
