I love what I do. I am very happy being in the hospitality industry and taking care of people. There is a sense of fulfillment in helping others and seeing the smiles they have on their faces when they are having a good time.

Cons

Wish we could do more for our employees without so many constraints.

Fun environment and good culture Competitive salary. Bonus Program Nice Discounts.

Cons

Open all day Thanksgiving and Christmas. Benefits package could be better for sure. 401k Match is not guaranteed and they don't let you know what match you will get till the end of the physical year if any at all. Most other employers offer a guaranteed match that is added to every pay check throughout the year so your account can grow all year long. They do not offer a medical flexible appending account. Dependent care only. The bonus program seems to get harder to reach each year. Silly Facial hair policy for male staff.
