Great fun family environment we exceed the guest expectations as long as we are set up for our shifts and ready to go!!! We escort bowl guests to their lanes! Play games with the guests! Valet guests to the pool tables! Suggest food and beverage items! If a problem arrises, we own the guest til it's solved!!!! We are supposed to work as a team!!!!

Cons

Wish all bar employees would treat guest as if they important!!! Exceed guest expectations!! Not being on their cell phone with their backs to guests it going on smoke breaks when it's a non smoking facility!!!

Pros

Good atmosphere. Overall management that cares about their employees. Decent pay for most positions. Opportunities to move up in the company. Benefits even if you work part time. Your birthday is a holiday and you get paid double time if you work it. Company is always trying to improve things.

Cons

Every company will have a couple employees that you won't agree with or like but overall I don't have any major complaints.

Pros

Flexible hours; lots of experience with children and their parents so if you want to be a nanny or go into any field dealing with children, this is a great starting point; very social job so if you love being around customers and co-workers of all ages, this is the place for you; fun, lively atmosphere; you get to eat cake A LOT

Cons

Unless you get a parent who tips well, the pay isn't amazing, especially for all the hard work you put in; some of the parents are nightmares to deal with; people in general can be very rude in this sector, even though most of the part host(esse)s are teenagers
