      Pros

      Company offers great benefits, pension, support for clinicians. Things are handled professionally and appropriately. Focus on employee satisfaction and advancement.

      Cons

      Everything is about money. Sometimes there is lack of understanding of clinical processes and procedures which makes it hard for administration and employees to be on the same page. Low pay to employees in comparison to other local, similar companies.

      Pros

      Great company compared to other large scale institutions, good salary and benefits, open to concepts in RN roles

      Cons

      No CRNP representation with the system. Not recognized as providers and some old school physicians are allowed to be unprofessional without consequences. Physicians not required to do training other staff mandated to do. Nurse practitioner run programs that are successful often replaced by physician driven programs at the cost of good patient care.

      Pros

      Great company, above average salary, good benefits and chances to advance. I really enjoyed my time within the company until I had to resign. Company cares about employees and consumers.

      Cons

      Upper management will take the word of supervisors before employees. That might not be considered a con, unless your supervisor has never done your job before.
