      Pros

      Acute inpatient physical rehab is all about teamwork. The people we work with have complex needs as they work to get back to their lives. Working with a team who focuses on the patient enables us to maximize the person’s recovery. It is great to be part of the amazing progress the patients can achieve.

      Cons

      The new orientee has a lot to learn. The team supports the learning. They recognize and reward the effort that new staff put into the process.

      Opportunity for Growth & Amazing Culture!

      I joined MLH a couple of years ago as a Supervisor in Revenue Cycle. I was immediately impressed by the intentionality around creating a culture of safety, diversity and growth. After completing my new employee orientation and computer-based trainings, I knew I was here to stay. There's genuine concern from top leadership about not only providing support, but realistic pathways, for employees to advance in their careers. With the support of my Director, I was recently promoted to Manager of Revenue Cycle. In addition to career growth, the benefits are great. My plan is to retire as a proud MLH employee!

      Cons

      As in any organization, you have employees who don't want to align with the culture/vision of the organization. This can be challenging at times when you need to collaborate to get this done.

      Pros

      It's a great feeling helping people in need. Main Line Health is a great corporation to work for. It's a blessing to take care of patients and give them a positive attitude to help them get thru their day and services.

      Cons

      There aren't any cons for me, I've been here 21 years and every year things get greater. I'm thankful to work for such a wonderful hospital/corporation with wonderful people.
