Pros

Basic leave is good. If you can take it. They add so much restrictions to use it. Then guilt you about taking time off.changed to flex PTO so they don't owe you any if u leave.

Cons

Senior management overwork supervisors. Supervisors are asked to work as regular employees plus their supervisor duties. Because supervisors are payed as salary, they are required to work over 60 hours per week to get their job done. If someone leaves their job, their duties get absorbed by the supervisors. So much on call. No work -life balance.

The culture at MLH is one that focuses on patient care but also on support to employees to ensure their overall wellness and having what they need to do the job! The organization has a robust DREI program that ensures safe and equitable care for our patients and a diverse and respectful environment for employees. MLH consistently works with employees to develop skills and knowledge and determine opportunities for professional growth. Best of all is the team mentality - not just within disciplines but between all disciplines and departments. Every person in every department contributes to patient care in some way and that is consistently recognized by leadership and in the respectful communications between staff. Compensation and benefits are very good as well. GREAT PLACE TO WORK!
