      Cons

      Onboarding is a tedious process. Initial orientations are overwhelming and ineffective. From there, you’re on your own. Zero support.

      Good coworkers. It can be very busy. Everyone help each other.

      Cons

      Very low salary compare to other places. Can be very stingy with races.

      Great Starter Health System to work for.

      Pros

      Great Health System for people early in their healthcare careers. Will help build a skill set needed for a career in healthcare. Executive management seems great! Decent benefits

      Cons

      Experienced managers/professionals need not apply. Compared to other health systems in the area the pay is not up to par. Some of the org structures dont make a lot of sense in the practices.
