      Employee friendly. Great pay. Pleasant work environment. Team effort. Employees work well together. Patients appreciate you as well as management

      Small Hospital don’t see a lot of stuff but if ur not into a lot of trauma that is a pro. Just depends

      Pay is decent, free parking for employees, employee pharmacy on site, diverse patient population, diversity of employees, pension plan vested after 5 years employed, 403b

      Cons

      Staffing ratios are getting better but still often unsafe. Employees at the bedside such as RNs and PCTs are often stretched too far. Administrations actions sometimes feel geared toward reminding staff that they are replacable.
