      Pros

      Great leadership with very dedicated managers. Encourages higher education. Excellent resources for pt care. Caring and intelligent staff. I will definitely remain with this company for the foreseeable future.

      Cons

      Same professional gossiping that's involved in all hospitals. Some senior employees feel entitled to fringe benefits such as getting an easier assignment.

      Pros

      I worked for main line health for 14 years. I have many physical disabilities. They were always willing to work with me. I was on Family Leave Act for the last three years I was there. And they never gave me a hard time. My pay raises were pretty darn good. Of course they do not compare to what you would get working in the city but for the suburbs it was compatible.

      Cons

      I had difficulty with management as far as trying to get a problem resolved. They definitely had favorites and it shouldn't be that way especially in a hospital. I do think it was a downfall when they started calling patients clients it gave a whole new atmosphere to the hospital atmosphere I don't think it was for the good.

      Excellent orientation and training program with good teachings

      Cons

      All work, work and forget about leisure. No opportunities for professional growth especially to the people of color
