      Pros

      Decent pay...not great. Good benefits but very expensive. Tuition reimbursement is a joke. Major decline in past 5-7years.

      Cons

      Haven't had a raise in 9 years. Management is awful and patient safety is not considered, only worried about making money and not the employees. Most of the nurses are looking elsewhere for jobs as the staff are all miserable with main line health. Was a great place to work at one time. Wouldnt recommend this place to work.

      Strong administrative team , family environment , great benefits and paid time off. Stability of health care system . High quality and patient safety focused.

      Cons

      Meeting barriers and challenges related to various processes at times . No much room for advancement. Overall great place to work and great team filled professionals to support you.
