Pros

Great and friendly coworkers, along with good pay. I was happy to work in the food and nutrition department. Not a difficult job to complete, especially when you do what you can to help the others out who will be working behind you. Preparation and teamwork in "Key" to success in this workplace. Fun place to start you career and good entry level to get yourself into the Main Line Health Organization.

Cons

No cons that I can think of.

Pros

Great coworkers, great benefits, mostly positive customers, hospital staff values their IT

Cons

Working in IT on the hospital level you are often disregarded for the larger Main Line Health IT Structure. Your suggestions are not regarded as highly as someone who is working in the Data Center. On-Site IT Staff does not have the amount of employees required or the resources devoted to them. This is an issue with stark contrast to application teams that have the one application to run, but with the same or more staff than the on-site hospital IT. Low salaries.
