Poor communication company wide. Middle management and HR need work.

1. I rarely see any African American nurses around, maybe they have them all hidden on the night shifts. So, if you are African American, don't expect to be a nurse here. 2. The management in the IS department doesn't seem to care about communication. We rarely hear from our Director, we barely hear from our Manager, and our direct supervisor is hardly at his desk and loves to work remotely from home (he forwards his office calls to his cell phone). It's basically a sad state of events.
