      Not a bad place to work, but It used to be better.

      Pros

      Very flexible work schedule. Co-workers are great! Enjoy my work overall. Patients receive very good care. Everything is about the patient's safety.

      Cons

      People seem to just dissappear. Not a sense of job security in comparision to 24 months ago. Too much negative gossip, even for a workplace dominated by women. Benefit expenses have increased.

      Pros

      The people in the HR office were extremely helpful in making sure I was throughly trained and were readily available if I had any questions.

      Cons

      Main Line Health is a big organization, so it is not always easy tracking down files and people you need right away. Scheduling conflicts happen but for the most part they work with you.
