Lack of advancement unless you know someone or you suck up to senior leadership and are the right (light) skin color. Lack of direction from directors. They are very inexperienced and only get promoted because of who they know or how much you're willing to pile on your plate for them Providers RUN the system. They have no accountability and are abusive to staff and managers. They do what they want, as long as they bring in the revenue.
