      Passed over on promotion (or even being allowed to interview) due to manager wanting to hire her friend.

      The hospital is located on a beautiful campus.

      Cons

      The nursing office does not appropriately staff. Management unqualified and obtain their job through seniority. Very low pay considering it is right next to the city.
