Pros

Online access for former employees to initiate pension payments.

Cons

Poor response to online pension request packet submitted Sept 2025. Submitted through HR4U/MLH website. Have not received packet as of Dec2025 Website states a 10 to 15 business day response, 40+ business days currently and request is still being processed.

Supporting a healthy work-life balance and ensuring staff well-being are key priorities for us. We also appreciate your honest input regarding the number of new graduate nurses and the structure of our annual raises. We recognize the importance of experience on the floor and are actively working to strengthen our mentorship and onboarding programs to support newer staff while maintaining high standards of care.
