      Pros

      The pros that I have endured would be continuity of care. I have worked with the same people for over ten years. I have the opportunity to speak with families and friends of my patients. Also, I had the ability to see them at their worst and transform to their healthiest state before leaving

      I have a newly obtained Associate degree in nursing, however there are no open positions for me on my unit

      Pros

      Pay is decent, free parking for employees, employee pharmacy on site, diverse patient population, diversity of employees, pension plan vested after 5 years employed, 403b

      Cons

      Staffing ratios are getting better but still often unsafe. Employees at the bedside such as RNs and PCTs are often stretched too far. Administrations actions sometimes feel geared toward reminding staff that they are replacable.

      Pros

      Great healthcare benefits and PTO. The staff that works with the patients (therapist, nurses, etc) really care and do great work.

      Cons

      Overworked staff, low morale, never able to actually use your PTO, high productivity rates, horrible inpatient therapy management. No bonuses and minimal raises if any
